This is a one piece brass chassis set for the Atomic MRT touring car. The chassis comes in 1 of 4 options (90, 94, 98, or 102mm) and is laser cut and machined in 1.6mm brass plate. The kit includes an anodized black aluminum battery hold down set with a carbon battery band holder. This kit eliminates the need for the battery posts, upper deck pieces, battery plate, front/rear chassis members and brass center plate from the original kit. This moves the COG of the vehicle closer to the ground, weights the vehicle evenly front to rear, and has shown a significant improvement in handling and consistency of the vehicle.

Note that all chassis plates are pretreated with Brass Black(TM) and come in a flat black patina style finish.

Kit assumes use of original screw and chassis hardware as well as use of the original 2 battery hold in o rings.
